Too nice for those who want to start working in BPO

Pros

They have a very nice workstations for VOICE and NON-VOICE accounts. If you failed in the voice application, they will let you apply for non voice positions and vice versa. Free WiFi and internet connections for your free time and play stations

Cons

A little bit lower salary compared to other BPO company and so far, it is still good.

Pros

It's a good choice to work with this kind of company to enhance my communication skills and to share my knowledge at the same time .I want to experience a home base work related.

Cons

I can work anytime as long as my body and mind will cooperate. Even though I'm not a teacher I also love teaching.

Pros

They have a very nice working environment, training is absolutely amazing and they provide the best support there is. Well-known for having a very friendly working atmosphere.

Cons

The pay isn't that great compared to other companies, but well compensated for the working time which is less than 8 hours. One other thing is the unpaid feedback and other short training provided by the QA, which is really something that every employee hates.
