Pros

The environment is very nice for a starter to work, no discrimination and racial expressions. It is the best training environment and they treasure the employee so much.

Cons

The only cons I could probably see is the basic salary which is really low compared to other business process outsourcing companies.

Great problem solving skills acquired. Able to learn how to work under intense circumstances.

Cons

The job of a CSR can be emotionally exhausting. You may arrive at work in a good mood but it can be easily taken away by angry, mean customers.
