Pros

The people are great. Nearly every single co-worker really lends value to the environment. Some really good ladies/guys. There are fairly frequent opportunities to advance. If you need a job try it out! It's better than being unemployed.

Cons

Not aware if things are the same across the board. In regards to advancement, and an overall realization of the company; the turnover rate is that of fast food because the pay rate is barely survivable - even if you are a single person. If you can advance, do what you can to make it to that point (there is a heavy emphasis on promotion from within -both a great and horrible thing).. Customers can be horrifically childlike in their "me me me" tantrums; it can be soul crushing work.

Pros

Leadership really encourage me and support my personal growth, better benefits than any company I have ever worked for, Qualfon cares about you on a personal level as well as a professional level.

Cons

Not all Americans agree with the value of Spirituality and yet it is a part of all of our lives in some form. Integrating this concept has met some resistance. I personally appreciate and embrace this value. It is a key part of who we all are as humans.
