Pros

Sales for TMobile has been fun and exciting, and the incentives are good if you can make sales. They're always willing to let you work overtime, and often have bonus incentives for working overtime. Supervisors are great for the most part, and pretty good at coaching if you need it. Very flexible for hours if you are a student.

Cons

It is a call center, so sitting in the chair all day with a head set is really the only con that I can think of.

I met a few nice co-workers.

Cons

Bad facility, Horrible work environment, Bad schedule even worse pay, lack of leadership by the supervisors, This is a foreign owned company, that recently purchased Center Partners with the sole reason to garner their accounts. This company who is headed by a CEO who obviously skipped his ethics class in college is slowly off shoring each department so he can save money and get a bigger year end bonus at the expense of the American workers.
