Pros

-easy to get hired, long as you have some form of customer service skills -schedule is set in stone -nice community of people! It truly feels like a work family even though it’s REMOTE work -there’s room for growth. If you want to be a lead, you can be one as long as you can prove to everyone that you are knowledgable and efficient at your job.

Cons

-if you work the weekends, don’t ever expect to be off on Saturday or Sunday -training can be limited and you learn as you go -very strict QA scoring and can feel as if your under a microscope being graded by every single word you say. You said “good morning” instead of “welcome”? 10 points off.

Pros

Friendly teammates and a supportive supervisor

Cons

Benefits and compensation could be improved. Some performance metrics feel unrealistic at times, occasional system issues that disrupt work and affect service and there are very few team activities that help with engagement.

Pros

Working from home was ok

Cons

Everything they don’t post any internal jobs but want to act like people have a chance to move up. They’re impressed by someone’s resume that’s made up and fooled into hiring them for a role that they’re so out of touch from. They can’t grow anymore so they M&A and ruin every business they do so to. They don't follow their own mission it’s just made up you’re a number. They’re super bullish on AI when their business model is selling cheap labor in seats with no bathroom breaks for 8 hours the irony is 100% lost that the mundane non critical business infrastructure that is given to Qualfon by clients will also be automated and they will be the first to get axed. They don’t develop anything internally it’s all subscriptions to other business they own nothing proprietary that I know of. They’re not going to last long if they can’t even make your own products and rely on direct mailers in 2026.
