Pros

Being fully remote and having flexibility is awesome. Pay is average, truly depends on what state you reside in. CEO actually cares and tries to do fun activities with teams as well as tries to give out different gifts here and there as thank you.

Cons

Managers are awful, being a startup means changes always. Changes can be really out there and will leave you wondering why they thought this was good idea. Favoritism is something that runs within the company, super annoying.

Supportive, collaborative work environment. One of the most accommodating remote job options out there. Very open and helpful staff within and across departments. More than fair compensation

Longer work days can be expected with the role, competitive and challenging numbers to hit.
