401k, customer, benefits, travel to europe with team, new laptop when joining, organized teammates

Cons

Lots of change for worse, no work life balance, middle managers let go or leaving, people afraid of losing jobs, act like everything is ok and we turned a corner, but not true, nobody wants to be manager because of the toxic management style, no light at the end of tunnel
