Pros

It is a great place to get experience and meet a lot of partners in the healthcare quality improvement field. There were also times you could work from home.

Cons

The leadership style was outdated and top down. For a quality improvement consulting company they did little to no quality improvement internally. They would actually get upset if you tried to recommend an improvement idea. Headquarters was more like a high school popularity contest regarding who could say something that sounded intelligent, but really had no meaning or purpose.
