NO support. Buy your one supplies. No consistencies in workflows. Pay the people who hold the organization up poorly.

Opportunity to do some amazing quality improvement work. Exposure to healthcare claims data, government contracts, and disease management programs. Great place if you're into epidemiology, data, public health or care management. Free parking, volunteer days (paid time off) and a good work/life balance.

Cons

Pay - pay employees more (Seattle is becoming incredibly costly) and making the pay ranges transparent Leadership - poor leadership, someone needs to take initiative Role Clarity - contracts seem to fluctuate Career Path - develop one Culture - extremely odd, introverted, and no heart. What is the culture about!
