Healthcare benefits are cheap. You can pretty much call in sick and come into work late as much as you want as long as you are one of the favorites .
Cons
Dishonest with the job description in interview. You get minimum training and then are thrown into the work and phone calls. Management sends you emails on every little mistake you make. They pick and choose which which employees are to follow the attendance polices. Management stays in office all day long and then is upset when you ask questions. Qualis Health is a poorly ran company with unhappy employees. Management doesnt know and doesnt care about running the company properly or making improvements. No room for advancement. They pick and choose who they will let work from home. Poor raises.
