Qualis Health reviews

I've been at Qualis for less than a year and already I'm seeking other employment. I was at the position for more than 4 months before I had any formal feedback from management and recieved less than 30 mins of training. Management are cold, aloof, and reluctant to answer questions. However they are quick to send negative and unprofessional emails when a mistake is made.

Atmosphere is positive in only some departments, depending on the supervisor. Employee recognition and incentives are few and far between. Pay is below average in most areas. Growth potential is limited dependent upon how leadership/HR views the position which is typically in a limited, non-adaptive view. There is little room for those in support positions to advance to higher, mid-level positions no matter how many skills they master and improve upon or years they invest working there. The general work environment is static, linear, unchanging and uninspiring. It is a good work place for a few and a revolving door for more.
