      Stable job and impossible to be let go

      Cons

      HR was unprofessional when I quit after 2 years. At the exit interview, they asked uncomfortable questions and tried to invade my privacy. They even gave my next employee the runaround when my next employee was trying to verify my employment. I left the company because there was no room to grow and projects were not challenging.

      Pros

      Easy and slow pace environment. On average you get 4 task a day.

      Cons

      The people they hire are from devry university, university of phoenix, and coleman university. If you went to a reputable school be prepared to be uncomfortable. They try to force you to promote them and they write their own reviews. The work that you do is very boring. This company isn't for thinkers. Pay is low because when the client pays you they take 50%.

      You get what you pay for! This company pays less than HALF the going pay rate for their Software Testers!

      NONE based on their pay rate for their sole purpose - quality assurance.

      Cons

      The pay rate this company offers its Software Test Engineers is less than HALF the going rate! - $30,000 to $45,000 should be $75,000 to $95,000 You get what you pay for!

      Thank you for your review, we would hope you would discuss your concern with HR. Apart from that the growth structure/salary structure that is in place, is there after market research & analysis. The salaries you have mentioned are for entry level candidates with absolute no experience. We get very good & motivated recently graduated students, and majority of them are very happy!
