Pros

3% 401-k match Unlimited PTO (based on manager approval; you can get up to a month off if you really prove well in many projects; most people get 2 weeks off) Diversity; It's fun place to work at for young people with employees coming from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Cons

They don't value the years you stay at the company and don't provide any major benefits. Stakeholders (external) put a lot of pressure on management (internal), who struggle with identifying how to increase employee utilization for projects. Projects are introduced very quickly and management is starting to require employees to have more engagement and ask to join projects. They expect employees to always reach out and work in very repetitive, manual projects, which don't really translate in the workforce adding new skills to their value.

Pros

Fair # of women in high level management, lots of fully remote positions. Great place for young and minority employees.

Cons

Review process unfairly punishes high achievers. Communication is abysmal. Innovation is not wanted nor promoted. Focus is on fulfilling contract, not saving customer time and money. When issues arise, HR works for the company's interest only, and do not investigate or ask any questions that could easily explain situations, with consequences that negatively impact employees. Termination can happen at any time with no reason or explanation given, even for employees that have excellent performance reviews and many, many years of service, with zero severance offered beyond the basic 2 weeks. Older, established employees with high pay rates are removed and replaced with younger, lower paid staff. Toxic work environment exacerbated by a clear preference for offshore employees in every interaction.

Pros

Their training options and benefits are excellent. It's fantastic for learning and expanding one's knowledge.

Cons

It's worth noting that they are a consulting company primarily focused on profitability rather than prioritizing the growth of their employees' knowledge or careers. Unfortunately, my experience with them reflects this, as I was phased out after nearly 20 years of service, simply to be replaced by a junior colleague once I streamlined the project.
