Pros

- Biweekly paycheck - Work/Life balance

Cons

- Low pay - Bad benefits / zero PTO - Hostile env from management (yelling over the phone, threats of termination) - No career progress / development - No opportunities while in bench (bench is 2 weeks) - No bonus - Awful communication Working here feels like being in a "beauty shop" IT firm—all surface-level polish with no technical depth. The gap in expertise is startling; you’ll find "Senior" staff who lack fundamental skills, leading to a culture of frustrating double standards. The focus is strictly on maximizing client billing rather than project success or employee growth. Guidance is non-existent, and stagnation is a high risk. Leadership lacks a basic understanding of modern software practices, which has created a talent drain. Management is frequently hostile, relying on intimidation, yelling, and ultimatums rather than reasoning. They do not back their employees; if a client becomes abusive, you are left to fend for yourself. Avoid if you value your career growth or mental health.

Pros

- Involvement in complex, high-impact projects across sectors - Emphasis on automation, efficiency, and measurable delivery outcomes - Strong cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)

Cons

- Advancement is limited; promotions are rare and performance beyond expectations is often unrecognized - Forced bell-curve evaluation system undermines team performance by mandating that 10% "fail" annually—even on high-performing teams - Recognition and rewards are not proportionate to effort; excellence is expected, not acknowledged - Roles are often tied to project-based contracts with limited long-term employment stability - Demanding environment with constant upskilling expectations; not ideal for those seeking stability - Innovation adoption is slow unless driven by client demand - Some senior managers tend to micromanage projects rather than empower teams through strategic oversight and trust in subject matter expert

Pros

If you are early in your career it can be a good place to get a start.

Cons

1. The benefits are mediocre. 2. The pay is well below market and no where near your skill or experience level. 3. Once rolling off of a project you have a very limited time to be placed on another one. Those in charge of the Internal Talent Pool are not much of a help in finding your next client/project. It is strictly your responsibility to find the next gig. 4. Constantly acquiring new companies to compensate for clients leaving. When the client does not sign a new contract the odd of being let go shortly after that is high. No job security. 5. No real opportunity for advancement.
