      There are no pros to working for Qualitest

      Cons

      Bad managers were replaced with horrible managers who are not shy to show that they are favoring people when it comes to promotion. They laid off 90% of the site and expanded their Mexico and India offices.. need I say more?

      Pros

      The consultants and Account Managers are awesome. They’re committed to the work and clients.

      Cons

      The culture is shifting a lot. New leaders are almost exclusively men of Indian descent. Culturally, there is less communication and team building. The only focus is results, results, results.

      The salary is pathetic and ignores the cost of living in the contract area. Don't stop job hunting.

      Good at placing you at a client.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Internal organization is a mess. No investment in the employees. No support, you succeed or fail completely on your own. With the exception of filling out the time sheet, you forget who you actually work for.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to offering additional rotation opportunities between clients to our employees. We recently concluded our annual performance review process where promotions and salary increases were awarded. If employees are not satisfied with their pay, we strongly encourage that they reach out to their manager to reevaluate. Based on recent employee feedback we have created and are launching multiple programs this year including mentorship, leadership, soft skills, and ongoing feedback, to provide additional support to our employees and managers.
