Pros

Your boss will be awesome- you have to watch out for that business account holder...he can ruin you if you are apprehensive about having dinner with him. or questionin his intentions.

Cons

They had no structure whatsoever, and absolutely not at all trying to adopt an Agile mindset . They just want to make it happen.

Pros

Copious amounts of time between projects provide a great opportunity to advance whatever professional skills your're interested in. A large variety of training modules & certifications are provided provided to help you do so but you are given the freedom to work on whatever you like. Additionally, you'll be working closely with big-name companies so there's opportunity to develop some professional contacts which can help you move forward if Qualitest isn't for you. Greensboro Office: The people here are all incredibly friendly and the management style is very laid back.

Cons

- low pay - minimal social interaction

Pros

+ Lax atmosphere + Working from home available + Work life balance is decent if in the QT office but depends on assignment Recommended only as a stepping stone for recent grads

Cons

- Experience will vary greatly by assignment - Management tends to roll over to the demands of clients, even if they are unreasonable - Learning potential is limited if doing Manual QA - Pay is below average - Job stability isn't good - Management not very transparent about the status of project / seems to care more about quantity of hires than quality or morale of existing project team members They will claim you work for QT first, but what this company says and what it does are two very different things
