Investing in our employees, training them to become the best that they can be and strive to meet their own personal goals, is something that we will continue to be very passionate about. We are continually growing and will continue to promote from within. While we have made a progress in our diversity in 2017, there is still much more to do. Our focus is on taking significant new steps to foster an even more inclusive environment, which includes a new goal to grow the percentage of women employed and in managerial roles.
