      Good for a door opening but that is it

      Pros

      They offer good insurance coverage and provide personalized access to training.

      Cons

      The management is extremely stubborn and reluctant to listen to employees or support their advancement. They claim to encourage promotions, but the only viable method seems to be leaving the company. HR appears biased in conflict resolution, favoring one side. During my dismissal, HR was absent from the initial meeting, requiring rescheduling.

      Very Low pay and yearly raises are equal to nothing

      Good for Intern and startup for new student or fresh graduate ,Free GYM

      Cons

      Salary is very Low Yearly raises are no more then 3.5 to 4% max .When you ask for more raise your account handler get together with your manager and point out your silly mistakes from the entire year and says you are getting enough can’t give you more raise.Mistakes like : oh you dont ask questions in meeting. No Years Bonus at all .
