      Full time but not really full time

      Was easy to get hired

      Cons

      Pay was low for the area Advertised as "Full Time" but still hourly Fully paid medical was a joke as it was just a high deducible plan with some other thing on top that was a pain to manage and still cost me money No job security, things were not working out with the team I was on and no other effort was made to have me placed elsewhere.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to work with many different clients and broaden skillsets and knowledge in the QA sppace.

      Cons

      The Bench (or "Internal Talent Pool") could use some work as it is essentially limited to around 6 weeks. So job security is not guaranteed, especially if alignment is poor between a given set of skills and experience and what the job market has to offer. Additionally, carear advancement is not very straightforward and middle management seems to have their hads ties when it comes to helping employees navigate the job promotion process.
