Pros
Good company with good benefits and opportunity I like the Wellness program that is being offered and initiatives Qualitest takes. Wish the 401k plan was a little better. Overall good company. But problems within the teams with management.
Cons
Working on the Camelot project has been tough with the current management in place for Qualitest. A lot of Micro management and no trust from the leads and manager. Many times QA are asked to cut corners by removing test cases or even adding duplicate test cases to the cycle by management to show in reports. When QA team asks for more time lead and manager are unable to go to upper management and ask for the extra time required. Projects deadlines are given without any proper planning or discussion with the QA team who will be working on the projects.
