Pros

The individual people are mostly great

Cons

Toxic Culture with Unrelenting Pressure The work environment is extremely toxic, driven by a relentless "perform or perish" mentality. If you or your team have an outstanding year, leadership will accuse you of setting targets too low rather than celebrating success. If performance slips—even temporarily—expect immediate threats of redundancy. Job security is nonexistent. Misguided Priorities & Cheapness There’s a blind obsession with Kaizen, but it’s applied mechanically—improvement for improvement’s sake, without meaningful outcomes. The company is notoriously stingy in every area where spending money could improve conditions, which is both demoralizing and embarrassing. Exploitative Mindset A pervasive culture of exploitation extends to both customers and employees. The principle of "the customer is always right" is openly dismissed, and employees are treated as disposable resources. Avoid unless you have no other options.
