      Place is a joke

      Pros

      Pros were there were a few good techs in the shop that honestly wanted to do thier best. The company and thier values though...

      Cons

      Down side is that the upper managent is a real joke. If you're applying as a driver it'll be great for you. As far as the shop side. I would steer clear as far as you can. It's a highly toxic and hostile environment.

      Great to learn about all safety protocols on how to do my job safety,equipment is top notch I would recommend this job to anyone

      Some positions allow you to work from home.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Lack of diversity. Minimal yearly raises. Medical insurance, Imagine 360 is a subpar insurance.
