Home time, miles, dispatchers, late model trucks.

Cons

Trailers are misused by drivers. Qc shops do the bare minimum to maintain some trailers.

Plenty of time off. Decent people. Good equipment.

Cons

I work for an owner operator. I live in Florida and the boss rents a car and I pay for gas instead of getting home with a load. Right now, work is slow and I'm not making anywhere near the kind of money I was promised.
