Pros

Company offers better benefits now that CSX owns them.

Cons

The corporate office in Tampa has a lot of issues. The pay is lower with Quality Carriers than for doing the same job with other companies.

Pros

Training pay good, hotel great, trainers great. The training experience here was great.

Cons

Idk where to start. Willmington terminal- I have absolutely never been so disrespected by management in my life. This guy at this terminal, said id be earning Cpm (@ regional cpm doing local work, umm any forced 34hr resets near Willmington would be deducted from earned hometime). Apparently, they slipseat regional drivers, if u park on the yard for any amount of off duty time you truck has to cleaned out, or they will clear it out for you. Dispatch is a straight up joke. They had me sitting in a truck for 2 days ON THE YARD without an inverter saying they had me a load, but never sent it per qc. So I quit on my second load due to this madness, dispatch outright lied to management and told them I was refusing loads that were sent, thankfully we communicated via text, I had to prove to management that I didn't receive any load. (Which management i do have to commend for the one nice thing he did which was call me back and apologize & acknowledge the incident, and told me if I ever needed work he would have a job for me after this crap. so it was not swept under the rug).
