It’s not hard and it’s not a lot of traction, this is an amazing part time job but it’s horrible if u like to work a lot of hours bc how the overtime works

Cons

They will not pay you overtime , the pay is biweekly and if u do go over 40 hrs they will add any extra hours to your next paycheck

Not much room for growth beyond Assistant GM at smaller property. Known Choice brand also had resources for employee support.
