Pros

Easy work, easy to navigate software system, pretty lobby.

Cons

No advancement, poor pay, night and weekend work, diva like customers. Not enough materials to perform job correctly. Always short on paper, ink, antiquated phone systems.

Pet friendly clean rooms employees r very helpful for guests and each other.the employees seem to really care about the guests and the hotel and for eachother

Cons

The pay is low for housekeeping we work hard and deserve more

Tips, dealing directly with setting up banquets, prom, wedding rehersals, parties, flexible hours and work schedule most of the time

Cons

LONG hours, lots of heavy lifting of tables and decorations, meeting exact guest requirements
