Pros

Good Co-Workers, Recognition for Birthdays and Hard-work, Decent guest to front desk relations, Choice Privileges program - FREE GIFT CARDS! Down time for breaks, and fantastic GM who lives on property

Cons

Office Politics, No assigned breaks - if its slow you get a break, if not you're out of luck, slow days with nothing to do, separation between departments, lack of communication, strict dress code, LOTS to remember.
