Pros

None I was aware of. Oh, .25 cent raise after 90days on "Probationary period". There is a way to pay for my cell phone bill.

Cons

training isn't paid hourly or at all for that matter. I think it's unfair and possibly illegal. Idk tho. It's a madhouse it seemed like.

Pros

Nice and friendly environment might make a great first job for the experience.

Cons

You will be the only person on staff sometimes making you the security,the plumber,the laundry assistant,and various duties. They pay minimum wage which is 8.25 in Illinois no one can survive off that. You wont have a set schedule and they will try to call you in on your days off.

Pros

The best reasons to work here would be, the employees (when i worked there) are very nice and understanding. But just like any job you do have someone that acts better, that dont like you ect.. The staff will make your stay a pleasant one.

Cons

The cons are that some of the rooms could have been painted. They needed new linen.. Sometimes there were not enough workers so housekeeping would be swamped.
