Poor Management.

Pros

There is not a single Pro that I can think of. Perhaps gaining maintenance for another job could count.

Cons

Very poor management. Consistently took break put of checks, though we were encouraged to not take them. After bringing this up I was told this is just how it is. Low Pay Low Hours

Pros

Good hardworking staff and middle management, no experience required in most positions, employee beer.

Cons

Horrible upper management, disappointing salary, unpaid overtime, a host of workplace violations, strange customer care guidence, budget cuts that hurt employees and customers when other less noticeable cuts are possible.

Ok pay, decent hours, good for building customer service skills.

Cons

No room to advance. Does get very repetitive and you feel kind of stuck if you stay too long.
