Pros
There's plenty of work, hours if you want them. The people I work with are overall considerate, kind, understanding (for the most part). Life happens and usually they are able to work with you regarding days, hours, shifts, and position.
Cons
There is really no incentive. Its minimum wage (franchised), no benefits, no vacation or bonuses. Overall everything weighs out if you consider being a little more flexible on days etc.
