discounted rooms for employees, the Choice privilege points that you gain by signing people up can be used for various gift cards, and free nights at choice hotels

Cons

The "quality" of Choice Hotels is extremely inconsistent. Some of them are really nice and many of them are subpar. It makes it difficult to represent the brand because lots of people know they can be crappy.

Pros

Easing going, the troubles you encounter don't compare to other jobs within this pay bracket. Mostly sitting, standing, and little lifting required. Doing the nightly audit is a breeze.

Cons

I can't make a living off this pay, only 8 dollars an hour with no overtime can't pay even the most basic living requirements.
