Quality says its name, excellent customers services, from position front desk , shuttle driver, housekeeper and maintenance, which goes the extra mile in serving guests.

Remodel the exteriors of the hotel and a upgrade on the property

Pros

They were very kind and understanding of personal emergencies. I felt like they cared about my well-being to a certain point and if you're in college its a nice job to have if you want to work on school stuff when you weren't busy.

Cons

They were not the most ethical with how they ran the hotel. They were always cutting corners, especially with housekeeping and it was hard to turn a blind eye to. Sometimes they asked me to do things that felt wrong like rent rooms that had issues with mold or weren't properly cleaned.
