Concerns and ideas are heard, considered and implemented promptly. Work load is manageable and Benefits are satisfactory. The company is still small but has a larger clientele that is still growing. The support teams are working toward seamless system integration and standardization.

Cons

Some employees are more relaxed on responsibilities leaving more work for others. Whether qualified for the position or not, said people do not ask for help or training.
