Pros

There is a good work atmosphere there for the most part. People willing to help each other. The culture is one of a company made up of people who want to do a good job of taking care of the computers and networks for schools in Illinois and Missouri. They provide a vehicle and cover all costs of transportation.

Cons

The in house trouble ticket system is not a very good design. Lacks some basic features of an advanced CMS. Too many bosses. Possible to have 5 people directly or indirectly telling you what to do.
