I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.

There are many managers that talk about a plan and vision but actions always seem motivated by personal feelings, and politics. Negative feeling metrics on employees and departments make day to day feel underwhelming
