The company has Innovative technology that one can get behind, A product you can be proud to contribute to building and supporting. Privately owned and making major investments in the future of the company both physically and the people leading it.

Cons

While big improvements have been made, there is still resistance in some areas that need to be cleaned up.

Pros

Flexible work schedule for my position. Autonomy and freedom to make decisions. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Management never really knew what to do with my role. In just two years I watched my team dwindle from 4 people to 1 person (me), with no plans to ever replace those people. That mean't having me do work that had nothing to do with what I was hired for. No direction, no growth, no real purpose.
