      Pros

      Sales have never been higher for this companies products. The company is struggling to change to meets the sales needs but with the recent changes in management I have no doubts that great things are ahead!

      Cons

      As with any company going through dramatic changes there are always difficult times.

      Pros

      I am quite happy here. The people have been great. There is a lot of room for growth. Older workforce so lots of retirements coming up which means opportunity for others to advance. I have worked at many companies in Rochester and this has been my best experience thus far. I hope to be here for many years to come.

      Cons

      Yes some things (like the phones) are pretty antiquated. But they are making updates - recently upgraded the computer system, building a cafeteria, investing in updating the warehouse.
