Pros

Hours are decent since only one shift.

Cons

Internal infrastructure is out dated and the company is run like a Nazi prison camp by the COO. My $105 year end bonus didn't even have a thank letter from the Owner.

Pros

You collect a paycheck every week. The work can be interesting at times.

Cons

Management does not care about its employees. I have never gotten a review on time. Trying to get a fair wage here is like pulling teeth. The work force morale is dismal. I have heard every employee I communicate with on a daily basis bad mouth the company. The veterans that work here seem defeated and work way below their potential due to being unappreciated. Over worked at times and underpaid. Training is almost non existent. If you don't pick it up you will be terminated. Management acts as if they are better than anyone below them. Cheap foreign imported parts used to make "state of the art" machines. Supervisor within a year of retiring does nothing worthwhile. Mid and upper management having basically no idea what is going on.

Pros

Company clearly has a decent product as they continue to make money but it is baffling as to how they stay in business after working there.

Cons

As many others have stated, there are a few people at the top who make all of the decisions, and don't have any interest in listening to anyone else. Training or introduction is none existent. Some of the VP's would be low to mid level managers at real companies as they have no real management skills and are only in their positions because they are the last man standing. Technology is 15 years behind the times, nitpicking oversight is beyond over the top and motivation by fear is the norm. I could go on and reiterate what others have said, but it would be redundant. I wish I had seen this site before I stupidly took a position at QVII!
