Benefits if you can stay long enough to get them

Cons

Company speaks about training, if you don't pick it up quick they walk you to the door. While I was working there current employees would ask me why I would take a job there. Too much is expected of you. No chance for a learning curve. You are expected to know everything with no prior knowledge about the products. You have procedures but no terminology sheets about t he lingo used regarding the machines. I would have gone faster if I have been given the knowledge needed to learn the job. Wow lesson learned Glass Door does not lie about reviews. Look at the red flags before taking a job.

Pros

Quality Vision is is on the move and is a bright spot in Rochester. Many companies have downsized while QVI is growing.

Cons

The complex is secure but it in a bad area and the amenities are old.

good benefits, including a reasonably priced medical plan and a yearly bonus in addition to a 401k and company pension program.

tight schedules and constant change.
