The work is challenging and fun. Making products that enable our customers to deliver world-class products is very rewarding. The company understands that relationships drive business, and we are able to rapidly adapt to changes in the marketplace. Our coworkers are like family and generally-speaking, upper management cares alot about our employees.

Cons

Marketing could be more strategic, many internal policies, and salary curves are outdated, HR doesn't seem to care or be empowered to implement any employee training or retention programs.

Cutting edge technology, fast paced environment, new internal electronic system upgrades, training improvements on the way, old style leadership on the way out

Cons

Change could come faster, a lot of chaos with change, cronyism rampant, too many bad attitudes.
