90 Days In - Going Great!

Pros

Employees have been welcoming and great to work with so far. Managers have been open to feedback and suggestions for change. The benefits are generous. Full-time employees start with 3+ weeks of PTO and 10 paid holidays. Medical insurance for less than $4 a week. The biggest pro for me has been the work-life balance - when you're on vacation or it's the weekend, there are no after hours calls or emails.

Cons

Our physical location within the city took some getting used to but the campus is fully gated with badge access to all doors.

Hard work and valuable skills are rewarded. Experience and paper qualifications matter less, which is great for some and bad for others.

Cons

Mentoring and training are not valued, company is very sink or swim.
