Pros

Work is relatively straightforward. Good selection of vending machines.

Cons

Complete lack of management, organization, and training. People are out for themselves and will not hesitate to throw others under the bus for their own gain. Management is either absent or incompetent, but still takes credit for other's work.

Pros

Company clearly has a decent product as they continue to make money but it is baffling as to how they stay in business after working there.

Cons

As many others have stated, there are a few people at the top who make all of the decisions, and don't have any interest in listening to anyone else. Training or introduction is none existent. Some of the VP's would be low to mid level managers at real companies as they have no real management skills and are only in their positions because they are the last man standing. Technology is 15 years behind the times, nitpicking oversight is beyond over the top and motivation by fear is the norm. I could go on and reiterate what others have said, but it would be redundant. I wish I had seen this site before I stupidly took a position at QVII!

Pros

Great employees, good enough benefits, normal hours, quality incentive program in 2011.

Cons

Awful location, low employee morale and management doesn't care. Few opportunities for advancement, low average wages, low increases. Being friends with management gets you the better jobs. All board members are white males. So are the majority of the employees. Sr. Management does not invest in the employees and there is very little loyalty and job commitment left among the employee base. This once great family company is a hollow shell of what it used to be, due to the actions of a few key Sr. leaders. It's truly sad. Out with Family Values, in with the age of Greed and Dictatorship.
