Pros

You have to really mess up to get fired. Cutting edge technology.

Cons

Top management stuck in the 50s. Cutting edge technology will disappear when the current CEO retires. Employees are treated like slaves one day & the next day the management is kissing their feet asking them to stay. Crony politics rule.

Interesting work and decent benefits. If you're willing to learn you are given the opportunity unless you get stuck working on one product.

Cons

Management doesn't look very far into the future. This compounds issues especially with a very lean incoming inspection department taking parts from dock to stock. Quality issues seem to be a daily occurrence with no end in sight. Management gives the impression that quality is the number one priority but buckles to pushing machines through the process just to get the numbers they are striving for.
