Qualitest is not a good place to work at.

Pros

They pay well for people with no proven experience in the field.

Cons

The people are not nice to work with. For young people it's frustrating because most of them at old. They treat you like meat, you are there to work for them no matter what.

Pros

I can't think of anything positive to say about QualiTest

Cons

Management think they are incredibly important and look down on everyone below them. Everything is offshored/outsourced to the cheapest possible way of doing things. They offer no training outside do it yourself in your own time watching videos on udemy. Pay below market rates. The list goes on.

Pros

Many options for different projects. Bench time allows to rest between projects.

Cons

Employees are treated as resource for a pure company profit. C1/C2 level managers could be placed as junior QA engineers (A1-B2). The managment is constantly changing and new managers don't have any care for the existing employees. No personal progress or career path within the complany (although the company advertises that they have one). Pay rises almost not existent, only for senior management. Most of the managers are not professional enough to lead the company, only selected for client facing capabilities.
