- When they thought there would be a big spike in employment post covid they hired a lot of graduate testers. When company fails to progress a strategy, the whole management is dismissed and a new one is brought. The new managers are without an actual experience and are just brought for a short period of time. The real management is the finance group who control the actual behaviour of the company. - Mass dismissal happens often, and many employees are dismissed periodically if those unfortunate were at that time on the bench (between projects) and the company hasn't got any new projects. - HR uses intimidation and changes employee's contracts illegally. Employees are not valued but rather intimidated to leave and to receive compensation, and to sign with a solicitor to prevent any lawsuit against the company. - Company doesn't have vibe or HR events, just working for most of the the year. - Every employee allocated to a manager for a short period of time according to the project, there is no actual personal manager and a yearly review is done by collecting positive emails from previous stakeholders. - Company doesn't have a proper resourcing programme, the goal is to hire employees that would fill up the needs of the customer for few months, even if those employees don't have any actual skills but could make the impression.
