Get treated like dirt on the bench if you're not working for a client -No structure on the bench and management do not give a monkeys on your wellbeing.
Very hierarchical - no team spirit within the company.
Expense policy has not changed in 10 years, working away and staying over is less appealing now, as you pay more out of your own pocket.
Learning in your own time - you're expected to do any learnings in your own time outside of client work hours.
Pointless HR department - only offer advice to your issue and you're expected to do most of the work yourself - e.g. you email this or that person for help.
