      Pros

      Open and approachable leadership team who care deeply about all employees and their families and customers. Culturally diverse business with very high proportion of females relative to other tech companies. High importance given to ESG initiatives. An exciting place to work with the business experiencing massive growth with lots of new and interesting customer projects plus opportunities to work overseas. Significant investment in training and development and overall business infrastructure with a particular focus on automation and Next Gen technologies. New CEO has a very clear vision and strategy.

      None that spring to mind.

      The salary is pathetic and ignores the cost of living in the contract area. Don't stop job hunting.

      Good at placing you at a client.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Internal organization is a mess. No investment in the employees. No support, you succeed or fail completely on your own. With the exception of filling out the time sheet, you forget who you actually work for.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to offering additional rotation opportunities between clients to our employees. We recently concluded our annual performance review process where promotions and salary increases were awarded. If employees are not satisfied with their pay, we strongly encourage that they reach out to their manager to reevaluate. Based on recent employee feedback we have created and are launching multiple programs this year including mentorship, leadership, soft skills, and ongoing feedback, to provide additional support to our employees and managers.
