Pros
The actual work was very easy. In fact there is no need to hire someone with a technical degree for this company's jobs.
Cons
Many of my coworkers performed their jobs very poorly. I had a hard time excelling in this company because nothing was challenging. Many of my supervisors were micromanaging task that did not need micromanaging. When tough task and decisions were needed to be made you could not find senior management anywhere. If you want to advance your skills and you are straight out of college this is not a good company to start at.
