Pros

- Smart and creative colleagues - Name brand clients that present new challenges to solve for, making the role not seem repetitive - Leaders have relatively open minds for differing opinions - Above average Total Comp

Cons

- Lots of Senior Leadership changes in the last 6 to 12 months; causes uncertainty in where we are headed - Big push on AI when some of our core products/offerings are not meeting client expectations - Complicated sales process that even internal folks don’t understand. Products vs Services vs Partners, it’s hard for customers to understand what they are fully getting - Confusing push for objectives and goals to be set for practices without having expectations fully lined
