      Pros

      Quarterly bonus , young work force and free pub for Friday nights. It is good to be part of a successful organization that is growing rapidly. The hiring bar is quite high so the workforce tend to be quite intelligent. The amount you need to learn at the start of the job can seem quite daunting at first but once you ramp it gets a lot easier.

      Cons

      Management has lost interest in its employees of late and do not take feedback very well. The work put into this job is not really rewarded by praise , incentives ( excluding cash ) or career progression.

      In sales, you're exposed to great managers and an opportunity to make quick money in an exciting emerging market solution.

      Cons

      Some questionable moves made in sales operations (it seems the experience here is not up to scratch compared with other organizations of similar growth trajectories).

      Pros

      This is a company that has huge projections for disrupting an entire industry. They have a very nurturing culture and wonderful benefits. I really appreciated the trusting culture. I expected to come in a be at the top but found that everyone around me was trying for the same and this really helped me to accelerate.

      Cons

      can't complain, I feel fortunate to work here.
